The average rent is now €1,567 a month, rising by 11.7% compared to the same period last year.
The cheapest rents are in Donegal, while the most expensive rents are in South County Dublin.

Rents continue to rise across Ireland as number of rental homes available hits 'all-time low'
“Unprecedented scarcity” in rental properties is driving prices higher across Ireland, the latest Daft report has found.
Latest quarterly rental report from Daft.ie found just 1,460 homes available to rent on 1 November.
Amount of properties available now is almost half the previous lowest amount.
Average rent nationally now stands at €1,516 per month.

The average national monthly rent was up 2.4% from the first quarter, the largest quarterly gain since mid-2018.
