A 36-YEAR-OLD MAN has been arrested in connection with a robbery in Dublin city centre yesterday in which staff were threatened with a blade.
It happened at a hotel on Parnell Square in the north inner city at around 1.15pm.
A lone raider entered the hotel and threatened staff, before making off with a sum of cash.
He was arrested and detained a short time later, gardaí say. An amount of cash was also recovered.
The man’s been taken for questioning to Mountjoy Garda Station.
