Poll: Do you eat breakfast every day?

Meal of champions, you say?

BREAKFAST, WE’VE LONG been told, is the most important meal of the day.

But let’s be real, it can be hard to fit it in. Depending on whether you’ve a long commute ahead of you, kids to get ready for school or myriad other responsibilities that just have to be done before you head off to work, grabbing a breakfast bar and eating on the run can be a hard enough task, let alone sitting down and taking the time to eat a cooked breakfast with all the trimmings.

So we want to know, do you eat breakfast every day?

Do you make the effort to get up that little bit earlier and have time to make and eat something – even if it’s just cereal? Or is it just too hard?

Is it on your list of things to get better at now that school is starting back and (if you have kids) routines can be established again?

We’ve got some tasty articles lined up that will help you with your breakfast woes – whether that’s not knowing what’s quick and healthy to eat of a morning, or just being bored eating the same thing day after day (porridge, we’re looking at you).
